Gunsmithing
Nearly 20 years of gunsmith experience — repairs, cleaning, scope mounting & bore sighting, on-site Monday through Wednesday.
Gunsmithing at Midwestern Shooters Supply
When your gun stops running right, you don't want a guess — you want a gunsmith near you who's actually put in the hours. Midwestern Shooters Supply has nearly 20 years of gunsmith experience under one roof, right alongside our retail counter and indoor range in Lomira, WI. No shipping your firearm off and waiting weeks. Bring it in, talk it over face to face with someone who works on these guns every day, and get a straight answer.
Repairs, Cleaning, Scope Mounting & Bore Sighting
Our gunsmith handles the work that keeps a firearm safe, accurate, and reliable. That includes general repairs, deep cleaning, and diagnosing malfunctions on the handguns, rifles, and shotguns you rely on for hunting season or the range.
Getting a new scope? We mount it and bore sight it before you head to the field, so you're not wasting your first box of ammo just to get on paper. If your shotgun's been sitting in the safe collecting grime after clay season or a hard hunt, a proper cleaning service can bring it back to shooting shape and catch small problems before they become expensive ones.
On-Site Monday Through Wednesday
Our gunsmith is on-site Monday through Wednesday, 9AM to 5PM, which means real, hands-on turnaround instead of a mail-in backlog. Drop off your firearm during those hours, or call ahead at 920-269-4995 (toll-free 1-866-269-4995) to talk through the job before you drive in.
Special request, older firearm, or something a little unusual? Give us a call. Staff can walk through what's needed and get it scheduled with the gunsmith directly.
What Gunsmith Work Typically Costs
Every gun and every job is different — a basic cleaning isn't priced like a repair, and a repair isn't priced like scope mounting and bore sighting. Because of that, we don't post a flat rate for gunsmith work; we look at the firearm and the issue first. Call 920-269-4995 or bring it in during our Monday through Wednesday gunsmith hours and we'll give you a straight, honest quote before any work starts.
